3. Client Responsibilities Clients are expected to be fully engaged and committed to the coaching process. This includes attending scheduled sessions on time, completing any assignments or tasks agreed upon, and being open and honest during coaching sessions.

 

4. Confidentiality - We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. Any personal information shared during coaching sessions will be kept private and will not be disclosed to any third party without the client’s explicit consent, except as required by law.

 

5. Payment Terms - All fees for coaching services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment details, including accepted payment methods and due dates, will be provided at the time of booking. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services.

 

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy - Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a coaching session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee equivalent to the cost of the session. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

 

7. Limitation of Liability - Our coaching services are designed to support and assist clients in achieving their personal goals. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Clients acknowledge and agree that they are responsible for their own actions and decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for any loss or damage incurred as a result of using our services. We are not doctors or therapist. We will not and no do not provide medical advice or medical services. All medical advice should be sought by your personal physician. 

 

8. Intellectual Property - All content provided on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and downloadable materials, is the property of MP, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

 

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions - We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website and services after any changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

 

10. Governing Law - These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Arizona.
