Are Workplaces Adopting a Cult Mentality

Happy New Year everyone! I posted a new video, discussing are work places adopting a new cult mentality.

On the contrary, this isn't anything new, on the contrary, this is something that's been happening for the last couple of years now.

This is a part 1 of a two part video, relating to young tech employers who are implementing a personality test to disguise their motives in why they are giving you this test.

Most companies say, it's a test design to see your strengths and what you can improve on.

Industries going back years, even centuries, didn't rely on personality tests to see if you can do a job.

Employers wanted to know if you can do the job.

Now people may not find this unusual in the sense, they probably came into the workforce, having taken these types of tests multiples times, so they find it normal.

There's nothing normal about an employer needing to understand your personality. These tests are design so they can gauge whether or not you will drink the kool aid and in some cases "kook aid".

We live in times where people believe if you are not following their belief system, there's something wrong with you. The respect for those who practices different forms of religion has gone out the window.

However, it's yet another, when the "religion" has a mentality where all must think the same, must eat the same, must live the same and in some cases, must have sex with the same person.

Granted, this isn't happening in a work environment, but the behaviors are the same in the sense, the reasoning why these tests are given.

These "radical" employers want to make sure you will not be a problem child.
