What is meditation?
In it's most simplest terms - "Meditation can produce a deep state of relaxation and a tranquil mind."
Being quiet with ourselves, even for five minutes, can produce a positive mindset, alleviating from anger or hostility. So many times in our lives, we have heard the terms, count to ten when something or someone upsets you.
That is mostly true, as long as you follow along with that pause and let go.
Meditation has always been the best form for me to help me align with my spirit, helping me make informed and not hasty decision, based on what is happening in that moment.
